Secure Payment
Read this first: it is an account, not a code
You are not buying a twelve-character voucher to redeem on your own profile. You receive the login details of a PlayStation Network account that already carries the subscription.
That has consequences, and we would rather state them before you pay than afterwards. The account is not refundable once the credentials have left our hands. And you should not change its region or attach a payment method to it, because either can lock it.
How you actually play on your own profile
This is the part nobody explains, and it is why most people are disappointed with these accounts when they buy them elsewhere.
Sign in to the purchased account on your console, then enable console sharing and offline play. From that moment every profile on that console gets the online multiplayer access, including yours. You keep your own trophies, your own friends list and your own saves, and you play online normally.
The monthly games are the exception. Those have to be claimed while signed in to the subscription account itself. Claim them once and they stay available as long as the subscription runs.
What Essential gives you
Online multiplayer, which is the main reason anyone subscribes. Two or three games handed out every month. 100 GB of cloud storage for saves, which matters more than it sounds when a console dies and takes three hundred hours of progress with it. And member discounts in the store.
Essential, Extra or Premium
Essential is the tier that unlocks online play, and for most people that is the whole point.
Extra adds a catalogue of several hundred games you can download and play while subscribed. If you buy two or three games a year anyway, it usually pays for itself.
Premium adds classic titles, game trials and cloud streaming. Be careful with that last one: streaming needs a fast, stable connection, and on most connections here it will not be usable. Do not pay the Premium difference for a feature your line cannot carry.
Paying without a credit card
Sony wants a card registered in the account’s country. Here the payment goes through the mobile wallet you already use, straight from your phone.
We accept MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Airtel Money, Moov Money, Wave, M-Pesa, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Free Money, Vodacom, Tigo and Halotel, depending on where you are. Fourteen countries are covered, and PayPal and card payments work everywhere else. Pick your country at checkout and you only see the wallets that work there, with the price in your local currency.
Common questions
Can I play on my own profile?
Yes, once you enable console sharing on the purchased account. Your trophies and saves stay yours.
Can I claim the monthly games on my profile?
No. Claim them while signed in to the subscription account. They remain available while the subscription lasts.
Can I change the account email or password?
Ask us first. Unlike a game account, changing details on a subscription account can break it.
What happens when the subscription ends?
Online multiplayer stops and the monthly games stop launching. Your own saves and trophies are unaffected.
Is it refundable?
No, not once the credentials have been sent. Message us before paying if anything is unclear.
How do I pay without a bank card?
Pick your country and mobile wallet at checkout, then approve the payment on your phone.
