Check this before you order
This is a European eShop key. It redeems only on a Nintendo account whose country is set to a supported European country, and Nintendo rejects it on any other. Nintendo does not operate an eShop in most African countries, so the country on your account is the thing to verify, not the console.
Look in your Nintendo account settings, under country or region. If it is not a supported European country, this key will not work for you. Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will tell you where you stand rather than let you find out at the redemption screen.
One more thing worth knowing: any eShop balance on an account does not travel with it if the country changes. That is Nintendo’s rule, not ours.

What it does not include: Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance and Sega Genesis. Those sit behind the Expansion Pack, along with the Mario Kart 8 Deluxe, Animal Crossing and Splatoon 2 add-ons. If the N64 library is what you are after, buy that one instead and skip this.
How an order runs
- Pay with your mobile wallet. The price shows in your local currency.
- We email the eShop key, within five minutes and at most two hours.
- Open the eShop on your console, choose Enter Code, and type the key.
No card is needed at any point and nothing renews by itself. If you already have an active membership, the twelve months are added on top of what you have rather than replacing it.
Which membership you need
This is the Individual membership. It covers one Nintendo account, which means one person playing online. If two or more people in your household play, the Family membership covers up to eight accounts and works out cheaper than two individual ones. We do not list it at the moment, so ask us if that is your situation.
Paying without a credit card
The Nintendo eShop wants a card registered to the account’s country, which is the part that fails for most of our customers. Here the payment goes through the mobile wallet already on your phone, and the key arrives by email.
We accept MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Airtel Money, Moov Money, Wave, M-Pesa, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Free Money, Vodacom, Tigo and Halotel, depending on where you are. Fourteen countries are covered, and PayPal and card payments work everywhere else. Pick your country at checkout and you only see the wallets that work there.

Will this key work on my account?
Only if your Nintendo account’s country is set to a supported European country. Check that first, because the restriction is on the account and not on the console.
Does the key expire?
No. It sits unused for as long as you like. The twelve months start counting from the day you redeem it.
Which classic games are included?
NES, Super NES and Game Boy. Nintendo 64, Game Boy Advance and Sega Genesis need the Expansion Pack.
Can I play online with people outside Europe?
Yes. The membership’s region decides where the key redeems, not who you can play against.
Does every game back up to the cloud?
Most do, not all. A few games exclude cloud saves on purpose, usually competitive ones, and that is Nintendo’s decision rather than a limit of this membership.
Does it renew automatically?
No. A redeemed key adds twelve months and then stops. There is no card on file and nothing to cancel.
Can my family use it?
No. Individual covers one Nintendo account. For several people you need the Family membership, which covers up to eight.
Does it work on Switch, Lite and OLED?
Yes. The membership is attached to your Nintendo account, so it follows you across consoles rather than being tied to one.
What if I already have a membership running?
The twelve months are added to it. You do not lose what you have left.
How do I pay without a bank card?
