What this is, and what it is not

You receive the login details to a new EA account that we create, with twelve months of EA Play Pro already active on it. This is not a subscription code and it cannot be applied to the EA account you already play on. Your friends list, your achievements and your owned games stay where they are.

This is the most expensive thing we sell and it carries the most risk, so the limits come first on this page rather than last.

What EA Play Pro gives you

• New EA releases on the day they launch, playable in full rather than as a timed trial. This is the main thing Pro has over the standard EA Play tier, which caps new games at a few hours
• The Play List, EA’s catalogue of earlier titles, including EA Sports FC, Battlefield, The Sims, Dragon Age and Mass Effect
• The deluxe or premium edition of selected games rather than the standard one
• Early access trials without the time limit that standard subscribers get

Two corrections to what you may read elsewhere. Pro does not include every game EA has ever published, it includes the Play List plus new releases, and EA moves titles in and out of it. And it does not include all downloadable content: it covers the premium editions of certain games, which is not the same thing.

EA Play Pro is a Windows PC subscription. If you play on PlayStation or Xbox, the Pro tier does not exist for you and this product is not what you want.

The limits, and they matter here

• Do not add a payment card or any payment method. This is the single fastest way to get the account closed.
• Do not change the region or country on the account.
• Do not buy anything on it. Purchases on an account like this can be reversed, and you would lose both the game and the money.
• Do not make it your main EA account. Keep your own account for games you buy and use this one for the subscription.
• EA does not allow accounts to be sold or transferred. An account can be closed, and nobody selling these can promise you otherwise. We are not going to pretend we can.

What to do when it arrives

1. Sign in with the details we send and check that EA Play Pro shows as active for twelve months.
2. Change the password to one of your own, and change the email to yours.
3. Turn on two-factor authentication.
4. Install the EA app on Windows and start playing.

Do those first three steps on the day you receive the account rather than later. They are what make it yours instead of a login several people could hold, and we tell you to do them because it is in your interest, not ours.

What we commit to, and what we do not

If the account is closed because a payment method was added, the region was changed, or a purchase was made on it, there is no refund and no replacement. Those are the three things we ask you not to do, and the page says so before you pay rather than after.

Outside that, we do not promise a replacement or a refund either. If something goes wrong that is not down to one of those changes, message us on WhatsApp and we will look at it. Treat that as goodwill, because at this price you deserve to know exactly where the line is rather than to assume there is a safety net.

If that is more risk than you want to carry for this amount of money, subscribing to EA Play Pro directly from EA is the safe route and we will say so rather than talk you out of it.

How an order runs

1. Pay with your mobile wallet. The price shows in your local currency.
2. We create the account and send you the details, within 24 hours.
3. Follow the four steps above.

Paying without a credit card

EA wants a card that takes international payments, and plenty of people across Africa do not have one. Here the payment goes through the mobile wallet already on your phone.

We accept MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Airtel Money, Moov Money, Wave, M-Pesa, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Free Money, Vodacom, Tigo and Halotel, depending on where you are. Fourteen countries are covered, and PayPal and card payments work everywhere else. Pick your country at checkout and you only see the wallets that work there.
