What you are actually buying

A profile of your own on a Crunchyroll Mega Fan account that we hold and manage. Not your own account, and not a login you share with nobody. This is the cheap route into Mega Fan, and it is cheap because the cost of one subscription is divided between several people.

Your profile is yours. Your watchlist, your history, your recommendations, separate from everyone else on the account. What you do not get is the account itself.

The limits, before anything else

We put these first because they are the reason this listing is cheaper, and because you should decide on them rather than on the price.

• One stream at a time. The account allows four at once and they are shared out, so your profile is entitled to one. If you want to watch on two screens in your house, this is not the listing for you.
• You cannot change the password or the email. They belong to the account, not to your profile. Changing them locks out the other people paying for it, so the account is managed on our side.
• You are sharing with people you do not know. They have their own profiles and cannot see your history, but they are on the same account.
• Crunchyroll’s terms do not allow for this. Mega Fan is sold as an individual plan for one household. An account used this way can be suspended, and if that happens your access stops. Nobody selling shared accounts can promise you otherwise, and we are not going to pretend we can.

If any of that is a problem, the one-month individual plan goes onto your own account and carries none of these constraints. It costs more for a reason.

What works normally

• No ads, including mid-episode
• Simulcasts, so new episodes arrive about an hour after they air in Japan
• Offline downloads on your phone or tablet
• The digital manga library that comes with the Mega Fan tier
• Your own watchlist and your own place in every series you are part way through

The quality ceiling is 1080p. You will see shared accounts advertised with 4K, and Crunchyroll does not offer 4K on any tier, so that claim is wrong wherever it appears.

How an order runs

1. Pay with your mobile wallet. The price shows in your local currency.
2. Message us on WhatsApp after the order.
3. We set up a profile for you and send you the sign-in details. Allow up to 24 hours. Most orders are done well inside that.
4. Sign in, pick your profile, and start watching.

Use the sign-in details only for Crunchyroll. Never reuse that password anywhere else, and do not put personal information into the profile, because the account is not yours alone.

What we commit to, and what we do not

We do not promise a replacement or a refund if access stops. On a shared account the risk is real and it is higher than on the individual plans, for the reason given above. No Crunchyroll access we have sold has been cut off so far, and if yours is, write to us and we will look at it. That is goodwill, not a guarantee.

This is the one listing on the site where we would rather talk you into the more expensive option. If you can afford the individual plan, take it.

Paying without a credit card

Crunchyroll wants a card, and plenty of people across Africa do not have one. Here the payment goes through the mobile wallet already on your phone.

We accept MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Airtel Money, Moov Money, Wave, M-Pesa, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Free Money, Vodacom, Tigo and Halotel, depending on where you are. Fourteen countries are covered, and PayPal and card payments work everywhere else. Pick your country at checkout and you only see the wallets that work there.
