Why Pro instead of Home

Four features separate the two versions.

BitLocker encrypts the drive, so a stolen laptop hands the thief nothing readable. If you carry client files around, that one feature covers the price difference on its own. Remote Desktop hosting lets you control the PC from somewhere else, which Home cannot do (Home can connect out, but it cannot receive a session). Hyper-V runs virtual machines, useful for testing software or keeping an older Windows environment alive. Group Policy applies the same settings across several machines at once.

None of that helps if the PC is for coursework and browsing. In that case Windows 11 Home costs ten dollars less and does the same job.

Installation and activation

1. Download the Media Creation Tool from Microsoft’s site.
2. Build a bootable USB drive, or run the upgrade from your current Windows.
3. Start the installation and enter the key from your email when prompted.
4. Check under Settings > System > Activation that it reads “Windows is activated”.

If activation fails, message us on WhatsApp. We stay reachable through the whole thing and we replace any key that does not work.

A word about Windows 10

Microsoft has ended support for Windows 10. Security patches have stopped, so every flaw found from now on stays open. An antivirus limits the damage without closing the hole. Is the key genuine?

Yes. It activates against Microsoft’s servers and gives you full access to updates. If it fails to activate, we replace it or refund you.

How long does delivery take?

Five minutes in most cases, two hours at the very outside. We tell you if anything holds it up.

Can I use it on two computers?

Is my PC compatible with Windows 11?

You need a recent processor, 4 GB of RAM, 64 GB of storage and TPM 2.0. Microsoft’s PC Health Check tool answers this in about a minute.

How does paying with mobile money work?

What happens if I change computers?
