What you get

The five Office applications most Mac users actually open: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote, installed on your Mac and working offline. One payment, nothing to renew.

This is the Mac counterpart of Office LTSC 2024 Standard for Windows: same applications, same support window, same one-time payment.

Why this edition, now

Microsoft stopped patching Office 2021 for Mac on 13 October 2026. Our Office 2021 Home & Business for Mac still works, but any security flaw found from now on stays open.

Office LTSC 2024 for Mac is covered until 9 October 2029. That is three more years of security fixes, which matters for Word and Excel in particular, because documents from people you do not know are the most common way malware reaches a computer.

LTSC or Home & Business 2024

We also sell Office Home & Business 2024, which runs on a PC or a Mac and carries the same five applications. The difference is not in the apps.

Home & Business is a retail licence attached to your Microsoft account. LTSC is the long-term channel Microsoft builds for businesses: the feature set stays exactly as it shipped and you receive security fixes only, never new buttons or redesigns. Both are supported until October 2029. If you want Office on a Mac without paying for the retail edition, this is the one.

Access and Publisher are not included, because neither exists on macOS in any edition. If you need them, you need Windows.

Before you order

Microsoft supports Office for Mac on the three most recent versions of macOS only. When a new macOS version comes out, the oldest of the three drops off. If your Mac is stuck on an old macOS release, check with us on WhatsApp before paying.

Requirements: an Intel or Apple Silicon Mac, 4 GB of RAM and 10 GB of free disk space.

Installation and activation

There is no product key to type. This edition activates with an installation package that you run once on your Mac.

1. Remove any older Office version from your Applications folder.
2. Download and install the Office suite from the link sent with your licence.
3. Run the activation package from the same email. It activates Office on the Mac in one step.
4. Open Word and check that Office shows as activated.

Install Office before running the activation package, not after. If anything refuses to cooperate, message us on WhatsApp and we stay with you until it works.

Changing Mac later

Unlike our Windows licences, which stay with the computer they were activated on, a Mac licence can be moved to another Mac. If you replace your machine, message us and we walk you through the transfer.

Paying without a credit card

This is the part that blocks most of our customers. Microsoft wants a Visa or Mastercard, and plenty of people across Africa do not have one. Here the payment goes through the mobile wallet you already use, straight from your phone.

We accept MTN MoMo, Orange Money, Airtel Money, Moov Money, Wave, M-Pesa, Telecel Cash, AT Money, Free Money, Vodacom, Tigo and Halotel, depending on where you are. Fourteen countries are covered: Cameroon, Côte d’Ivoire, Senegal, Ghana, Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Rwanda, Benin, Burkina Faso, Gabon, Congo, DR Congo and Sierra Leone. PayPal and card payments work everywhere else.
