KUJUA TECH LLC provides digital products and services including software licenses, gift cards, and digital subscriptions. Due to the nature of digital products that are delivered instantly and cannot be returned, this policy outlines our refund and return procedures.

Important Notice: All sales are final for digital products once the activation key, code, or digital content has been delivered and/or used.


2. DIGITAL PRODUCTS COVERED

This policy applies to all digital products sold on our platform including:

  • Software Licenses: Microsoft Office, Windows, antivirus software (Avast, etc.)
  • VPN Subscriptions: Various VPN service activations
  • Gaming Products: PlayStation gift cards, Xbox gift cards, game codes

  • Activation Keys: All software activation codes and license keys

3. NO RETURNS POLICY

3.1 Digital Nature
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Digital products cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded once:

  • The activation key or code has been revealed/delivered
  • The product has been downloaded or accessed
  • The license has been activated or used
  • Gift card codes have been disclosed

3.2 Instant Delivery
Our products are delivered instantly upon payment confirmation. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you understand the digital nature of the product and agree to our no-returns policy.


4. REFUND CONDITIONS

4.1 Eligible Refund Scenarios
Refunds will ONLY be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

Technical Issues:

  • Product key is invalid or already activated (verified by vendor)
  • Software license fails to activate due to vendor error
  • Digital product cannot be accessed due to our technical failure

Duplicate Purchases:

  • Accidental duplicate orders placed within 24 hours
  • Must be reported immediately before product use

Vendor Errors:

  • Wrong product delivered due to our error
  • Product description significantly different from delivered item

4.2 Non-Refundable Situations
No refunds will be provided for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Compatibility issues with customer’s system
  • Customer error in product selection
  • Inability to use product due to customer’s technical limitations
  • Products purchased for the wrong platform/region
  • Gift cards that have been used or partially used
  • Expired promotional codes (clearly marked expiration dates)

5. REFUND PROCESS

5.1 Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase and before product activation/use.

5.2 Required Information
All refund requests must include:

  • Order number and purchase date
  • Email address used for purchase
  • Detailed reason for refund request
  • Evidence of technical issue (if applicable)
  • Proof that product has not been used/activated

5.3 Verification Process
We reserve the right to:

  • Verify the validity of refund requests
  • Check product activation status with vendors
  • Request additional documentation
  • Contact the customer for clarification

5.4 Processing Time
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.


6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

6.1 Product Issues
If you receive a defective or invalid product key:

  2. Provide order details and error messages
  3. We will verify the issue with our vendors
  4. Replacement key will be provided if vendor confirms defect
  5. Refund will be issued if replacement unavailable

6.2 Vendor Verification
All claims of defective products will be verified directly with the software vendor or service provider before any refund or replacement is issued.

8.2 Gift Cards
Gift cards are subject to the issuing company’s terms and conditions. We cannot provide refunds for:

  • Used or partially used gift cards

  • Region-restricted cards used in wrong region
